By using Structural Design Kit, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
2. Purpose of the app
Structural Design Kit provides structural calculation tools, drawings, design summaries, and PDF report features for educational, preliminary design, estimation, and professional workflow support.
3. Engineering responsibility
The app does not replace professional engineering judgment, local building codes, design standards, soil investigation, site-specific checks, construction supervision, or approval by a qualified/licensed engineer where required. Users are responsible for verifying all inputs, assumptions, results, drawings, and reports.
4. User responsibility
You are responsible for entering correct dimensions, material strengths, loads, support conditions, project information, and design assumptions. You must review generated results before relying on them or sharing them.
5. Free usage, ads, and PDF limits
The app may provide free PDF generation up to certain limits and may use rewarded ads or banner ads as part of the free experience. Availability of ads can depend on region, network, device, and advertising provider availability.
6. Premium subscriptions
Premium may unlock unlimited PDF reports and remove ads. Subscription offerings may include a Monthly Subscription at $2.99/month and a Yearly Subscription at $14.99/year with a 3-day free trial where available. Prices, trial availability, taxes, and store-specific terms may vary by region and app store.
7. Auto-renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period according to the rules of Apple App Store or Google Play. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
8. Restore Purchases
Where supported, the app includes Restore Purchases functionality to restore eligible purchases or subscriptions on the same store account.
9. Apple Standard EULA
For iOS users, app use may also be subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA.
10. Intellectual property
The app, website, design, branding, and related content are owned by Structural Design Kit or its developer, except for third-party services and content used under their respective licenses.
11. Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected components, violate app store rules, or use the app in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The app and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that results will be error-free, complete, current, code-compliant for every jurisdiction, or suitable for every project condition.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Structural Design Kit and its developer will not be liable for damages, losses, construction issues, design errors, project delays, financial losses, or other claims arising from use of the app or reliance on results.
